To enhance the low temperature PVC film sheet product value, improve the cold-resistant performance, and keeps excellent physical and mechanical properties at low temperature, the adjustment of the amount of cold-resistant plasticizer and the addition of the impact modifier are necessary in the PVC film calandering production process.
